Lush: Tiny Hands Handserum

When i went shopping in Asmterdam with a friend of mine. We saw the Lush shop. We actually never been to a Lush shop so we decided to have a look.

There was this girl who loved to show us everything! They showed us some bath products and masks etc. She even let us try some products on our hands.

BUTT when she massaged the products onto our hands, her hands where so soft!!! I thought how come??!!, and she told us that she uses Lush Handsserum. So first I was thinking about the price, but then i thought, why not? let me try it out!!!

The dutch website says:This serum makes your hands nice and soft again and smells nice. If you massage it onto your hands the oil will melt.  This hand treatment is in solid from including argan oil, aloe vera, cocoa and shea butter, The serum is quickly absorbed, no oily hands!



I bought it for €7,95 and im not sad that i bought it !! I love it and im going to try it every evening before i go to bed ^^

Is Milk actually good for you?

Some people say its nog good for you because it will only make you fat. According to some experts, drinking milk is not as healthy as we always thought. It would be the risk of heart disease increase and you have an increased risk of prostate and breast cancer.

But people recommend 2-3 glasses of milk a day, because milk also has its good sides. It provides the main compounds of calcium, vitamin D and protein. Calcium is important for strong bones, vitamin D is necessary for the absorption of calcium in our blood and strengthens bones and teeth. Proteins provide important nutrients for our bodies. however, all these materials, we would have enough ingested with our other food. Thats what experts say.

I Actually love drinking milk, its like im addicted to milk. I really need at least 1 glass of milk a day. It also give my nails a healthy look, so im happy with drinking milk.

Nail art: Faded Flower Effect

This is a nail tutorial that was inspired by one of love4nails's designs. I always wanted to try this out but never got the change to grow long nails. now that i have long nails i just had to do it lol.

I chose to try it with a pink glittery nail polish because i find black a little to harsh like in the video from Raquel. Its not that i don't like it but this is just my way.. She is an great professional nail art guru and i like every design that she makes.
